FAQ

Everything you might want to know before — and after — you order. If your question isn't here, we're a message away.

Orders & shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same working day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.

Metro cities usually receive their order in 2–4 working days; the rest of India in 4–7. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most PIN codes in India. You'll see it as an option at checkout if we deliver to your address.

We also accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 working days depending on the destination.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by you on delivery — they aren't included in the price at checkout.

Sizing & fit

Every product page has a size guide with exact garment measurements. Measure a piece you already own and love, then match it against the chart — it's more reliable than going by your usual size.

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll tell you which size to take.

Unless the product page says otherwise, sarees ship with an unstitched blouse piece so your tailor can fit it to you.

Where a ready-to-wear blouse is included, it's stated clearly in the product description.

Returns & exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Start a return by contacting us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.

Custom-stitched and altered pieces are made to your measurements, so they can't be resold and aren't eligible for return or exchange.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, that's on us — contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.

Product & care

Dry clean only for silks, zari and any hand-embroidered work. Never machine wash them.

Store your pieces in a cotton or muslin bag rather than plastic, away from direct sunlight, and refold them every few months so the creases don't set along the same line.

We photograph every piece in natural light and edit as little as possible. Even so, screens vary — a slight difference in shade between your screen and the garment in your hands is normal, especially with deep reds and golds.

Handloom and hand-dyed pieces also carry small irregularities in weave and colour. These are marks of the craft, not defects.
