3) Shipping Policy
3.1 Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days
- India delivery: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch
3.2 Shipping Charges
- Calculated at checkout
- International customers pay applicable duties/taxes
3.3 Packaging & Receipt
- All parcels are securely packed
- Do not accept tampered parcels; refuse delivery and report immediately with your Order ID
3.4 Multiple Address Shipments
One order can be shipped to one address only.
4) Returns & Exchange Policy (Online Orders)
4.1 General Policy
No Refund / No Exchange except for defective or damaged products.
4.2 Defect / Damage Claims
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing:
- The unopened parcel condition
- The shipping label
- The defect/damage in detail
4.3 What’s Not Considered a Defect
- Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
- Minor weaving/thread irregularities common in handwoven fabrics
- Small printing inconsistencies that do not affect wearability
- Fabric smell due to packaging (dissipates after airing)
- Slight measurement variations (±1 inch) due to manual cutting/stitching
- Minor bead/sequin shedding from embellished garments
- Natural dye or hand-block print irregularities
4.4 Non-Eligible Cases
- Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer
- Mishandling, washing errors, or alterations after purchase
- Discounted / clearance / final-sale items
- Altered sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.
4.5 Resolution for Approved Claims
A coupon code (no cash value) will be issued for online use only, valid for 30 days.
4.6 Return Shipping (If Applicable)
- No reverse pickup; the customer bears return courier charges
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging
4.7 Important Notes
- Damages caused while opening the parcel are not eligible
- Tampered packages must be refused at delivery and reported to us
